Immanuel Temple Apostolic Church, Inc. (ITAC) under the pastorate of Elder Jesse Franks, Jr. opened its doors in Santee, California on September 1, 1996. The Lord made it possible for us to share a building with another Apostolic Church.

       We started our first service with Communion instead of Sunday School. In attendance with the pastor and family were Mother Ellis and grandson, Ricky Ellis; Elayne Poston and children; Donita Carter and children; and the Singleton family. ITAC was placed in District 21 under the leadership of then District Elder Joseph Hall and accepted into the California District Council in November 1996.

       In August 1997 God led our Pastor to a warehouse at 3131 Market Street. God gave him the vision of this warehouse as the beautiful edifice we are worshiping in now. As we approach our third year, ITAC has learned that little is much in the Master's hand.

       Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD?... He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
